At More Than Armor, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
United States — Free Shipping 🇺🇸 We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.
Need it faster? If you'd like to upgrade to expedited shipping, just contact us before or right after ordering and we'll arrange a faster method for you.
International Shipping 🌍 We ship to 27+ countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier (USPS or DHL Express). Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
Tracking Your Order Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you once your package is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Wrong or Incomplete Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Delays Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are in the carrier's control. We're not liable for carrier delays, weather, or customs holds — but if anything goes wrong, reach out and we'll help you track it down.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo (if damaged), and we'll make it right.
