Materials & Quality

What is your jewelry made of?
Premium 304 or 316L stainless steel (depending on the piece) — hypoallergenic, waterproof, and tarnish-free. Gold pieces are finished with durable PVD/18K gold plating.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Our steel is tarnish-free and hypoallergenic — it keeps its shine and won't discolor your skin.

Is it really waterproof?
Yes. Shower, swim, and sweat in it without worry.

Sizing & Care

How do I choose a chain length?
Most chains come in multiple lengths on the product page. As a guide: 18–20" sits at the collarbone, 22–24" sits lower on the chest. Message us if you'd like help choosing.

How do I care for my jewelry?
No special cleaner needed — just wipe with a soft cloth to restore shine.

Returns & Custom Requests

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
